Who would you be if you fully embraced and expressed your wild wisdom?
If your wild wisdom was your compass, what unique gifts would you give to your family and to our world?
Join together with other mothers, grandmothers and caregivers for a day in the lap of Mother Earth. Our sacred play will include sensory awareness, guided movement, earthly poetics, and art expression. We will re-awaken our child-like connection to Nature and invite in a greater sense of wellbeing and vitality, which we can take into our daily lives.
Note from Taira: In January, weather can be anything from bright winter sun to stormy. We will immerse in whatever weather presents itself that day. And use this as a gift about our own wild nature. You have likely heard the expression: "There is no bad weather, just bad gear." These last years I have worked outdoors with groups in all types of California weather. And have learned that expression is true. If you need gear, let me know in advance, and I will try to round some up for you. As a community of women, we know how to share! I will also bring hot tea.
Taira Restar is a mother and grandmother. She is a somatic movement therapist, Co-Active® coach, and certified Breakthrough Parenting® instructor. Taira mentors women to befriend their wild wisdom, so they can live and love full out.
Taira have facilitated place-centered nature experiences and Life-Art Process® workshops for the past 35 years--both within the Tamalpa Institute training programs and independently in the US and internationally. She lives in the forest on the outskirts of the Point Reyes Seashore, where she is in love with the place herself.
The cost of $125 includes a $25 non-refundable registration fee.

After registration, you will be emailed details on where to meet and what to bring.
The exact location will be based on weather and wind direction. You will be informed of the exact location closer to the workshop date.
